What Would You Do. . .

If you were camping and it rained when you had planned to roast marshmallows over the campfire outside?  Well, you could improvise.  You could put your thinking cap on and come up with a new plan!
Roasting MarshamallowsYou could very carefully roast them inside – over the burner of the stove in your travel trailer!  You would have to be careful not to catch them on fire or your smoke alarm would go off and the campers nearby would come running!
Roasting Marshmallows InsideYou could turn them and roast them - and then you would eat them!  And they would be good!  So good you might eat a few too many.

(There’s a new post over at Daffodil’s blog.  If you haven’t seen it, click on the ‘Daffodil – My Vintage Trailer’ tab at the top of this page.  It will take you right over to her blog.  We’re making progress!  I’d love to share it with you.)

  2. Ha ha, for every problem there is a solution. One mustn't let a little rain get in the way of having a toasted marshmallow!

Reminds me that when our kids were little, we roasted them just like he is doing.
Going over to see the camper..:)
If it's raining over there, open the door quick and let me in...and i am hoping he will have a roasted treat for me, too. :)
