A couple of days ago we set up the Christmas tree. Miss Savannah was sleeping peacefully on our bed while the action took place in the living room. A little while later I found her under the tree. The look on her little face made me think she was smiling! I think she approved. She sat there for a long time, carefully looking. Just enjoying the tree! The tree was'nt decorated but she didn’t seem to mind – she just sat and took it all in! Wonder what went through her mind!
(The white specks on the carpet are snow from the tree. One of the 'joys' of a snowy tree!)
Oh yes, first they look and dream. Then the paw reaches out to touch, well only a touch. Soon there is an ornie swinging to and fro. Oh the pure JOY.ReplyDelete
We had a cat once that climbed a fully decorated tree. When he got to the top, the tree tipped over! Luckily it was when the boys were little and most of the tree was decorated with plastic ornaments, not glass.ReplyDelete
Your sweety does look very content.
She is thinking...it doesn't smell like a tree, but maybe there is a bird in there...I'll just watch for awhile!!ReplyDelete
It looks to me like the little one approves. Hopefully, she just continues to look up and smile.ReplyDelete
Aw, that is precious, Adrienne. Hugs ~ and your music is so pretty.ReplyDelete
How adorable! our cats always seem to love being under the tree too. Maybe they like the lights or the cozy feeling underneath the branches? Do you ever wonder if they can appreciate the beauty too? I think they can:>)ReplyDelete
What a sweet picture! She's adorable! I don't remember you having a kitty, does Joey like her?ReplyDelete
What a purr-fect pose...ReplyDelete
Hi Adrienne! Oh, how cute! She was probably thinking - how can I get up into that tree?ReplyDelete
Be a sweetie,
Look at that sweetie, so content and happy. Christmas trees do that somehow. I like my tree with just the light but everyone wants the ornaments added.ReplyDelete
So nice stopping by to visit with you, Adrienne!
Hi Adrienne - Just stopping by to wish you and your family a very happy holiday season. Merry Christmas!ReplyDelete
