Moonlight

The view through my kitchen window called me away tonight as I started to clean up after dinner. The dirty dishes could wait - the moon would not. I couldn't stay to finish my work. It will be there when I return!

Once again I am amazed at the beauty around me. And I wonder. . .

When I look at the night sky
and see the work of your fingers—
The moon and the stars you set in place—
What are mere mortals that you should think about them,
Human beings that you should care for them?
Psalm 8:3-4
The New Living Version

  1. Pretty, Adrienne, I think I got the same shot of the moon. I have taken quite a few pictures of it lately. It has been so beautiful. I see another moon post coming soon.

  4. Good pic. It is not easy to get a clear picture of the moon often.

Yes wouldn't be great and yes how we would talk.

  5. When all seems dark, dim, detached, He lights our way. That's what a moon means to me. :o)

    Beautiful picture, Adrienne.
