Seen While Wandering Along The Beach

On our recent trip to the Oregon Coast I enjoyed wandering along the beach with camera in hand. We loved having time away from daily life - a time to relax and enjoy the sand and sea. . .
And morning sun on the waves.Beach walkers. . .And fishermen.Textures in the sand. . .And in the water.Beach bubbles. Crashing waves. . .And wind on the water. The colors of early morning. . .And at close of day.

Come walk with me

Along the sea

Where dusk sits on the land

And search with me

For shells are free,

And treasures hide in sand.

  5. Beautiful colours, the sand looks almost pink and blue.

I assure you I did not hurt myself at all. The snow was too thick underneath for that.

Poem - posted somewhere amongst My Story but I think you can get to it by clicking on My Poems or My Poetry.

Adrienne, check this blog, I see she has you listed on her sidebar. Another sad loss to a fellow blogger.

  9. Good morning, dear friend.
Thanks so much for sharing these lovely photos with us. I love going to the ocean. Out here in West Texas, even our small lakes are few and far between!
I hope things are beginning to settle down a bit in your life now. I know there's still a long way to go but maybe the hurt is less hurtfull with the passing of time.
