The view through my kitchen window called me away tonight as I started to clean up after dinner. The dirty dishes could wait - the moon would not. I couldn't stay to finish my work. It will be there when I return!

Once again I am amazed at the beauty around me. And I wonder. . .

When I look at the night sky
and see the work of your fingers—
The moon and the stars you set in place—
What are mere mortals that you should think about them,
Human beings that you should care for them?
Psalm 8:3-4
The New Living Version

  8. When you think about God and all of His world, it does seem like we are such a small part. How wonderful that He loves all of us.
